Our method
Where listings come from
A school appears here only if it is on one of ADOT MVD's published Lists of Professional Driving Schools. We save each list as a PDF with the date and a checksum, and we key every school to its ADOT authorization number. Lists used (as of Nov 3, 2026):

The school name, class locations, and phone number on each page come from the ADOT list. If a school's own website shows a different phone or address, we still show ADOT's. Schools can ask for a correction, and we update it once ADOT's list or the school's written confirmation supports the change.
ADOT also publishes an adaptive (rehabilitation) list. We will add adaptive schools once we have confirmed that list.
Websites and prices
For car and teen schools, we looked for each school's own official website and any package prices it publishes. We record only what the school's own site shows, with the link and the date we checked. If we could not confirm something, it stays blank. We do not guess.
What we do not do
- No paid placement, featured slots, or sponsored rankings. Schools are listed alphabetically within each page, with car and teen schools first.
- No "best" rankings or invented badges. "ADOT-licensed" means only that the school is on the named ADOT list as of the date shown.
- No reviews or ratings.
Updates
We plan to re-check the ADOT lists monthly. A school that drops off a list is hidden pending review.
